Turn photos into a PDF
Photos of documents, notes or receipts are easier to send when they are grouped into one tidy PDF.
Put the photos in order
Rename or arrange the images before creating the PDF. The page order should match the order someone needs to read the document.
Use a sensible page size
Fit-to-image keeps each photo at its own dimensions. A4 is better when the PDF is likely to be printed.
Compress big photos first
Phone photos can be huge. Resize or compress them before turning them into a PDF if email size matters.
